Job Description
Lead pre‑sales applications support for the Revvity reagent portfolio (e.g., Alpha, HTRF/TR‑FRET from CisBio, Horizon, GPCR assays, ATPLite), including needs assessment, assay design, demos, and proof‑of‑concept studies.Deliver post‑sales training, onboarding, and troubleshooting; optimize assay performance and transfer best practices to customer teams.Translate customer requirements into complete solutions by pairing reagents with compatible detection; collaborate closely with sales and partners.Prepare technical proposals, protocols, and data packages; present seminars and workshops for pharma/biotech, academic, and government/CRO audiences.Operate as an individual contributor while coordinating cross‑functional activities and maintaining organized project timelines across Korea, primarily Seoul.Works with vendors, partners, and sales to ensure that optimum solutions are provided for new and existing customers.Work with manage...
