Ensure achievement of production targets (quantity & quality)
Monitor line performance and minimize downtime
Supervise operators and line staff
Allocate manpower effectively across shifts
Train operators on SOPs, safety, and quality standards
Knowledge of Mechanical & pneumatic press machines
