This role is primarily responsible for ensuring stable SAP operations, supporting business users, and continuously improving production planning and execution processes in a high‑paced operational environment. The position works closely with local operations, North America stakeholders, key users, and global SAP teams to ensure system reliability, production efficiency, and user adoption.

• Support daily operations within SAP ECC Production Planning (PP) module.
• Analyze and resolve SAP‑related issues impacting production planning and execution processes.
• Ensure system stability and proper usage aligned with production and business requirements.
