Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Sr. Project Manager – Transformation, ERP to provide executive-level leadership for a large-scale payroll transformation program. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.
Typical Day in Role
- Lead multiple critical workstreams, including:
- Data conversion and migration
- Testing strategy and execution
- Upstream/downstream systems integration
- Core HR processes
- Oversee program financials, timelines, risks, and dependencies across all streams
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage and coordinate internal stakeholders, including Payroll, HR, and IT teams
