Sr. Projects Manager Responsibilities
- Direct and control all ongoing projects from mobilization to final handover, ensuring completion within approved time, budget, and quality standards.
- Establish overall project execution strategy, construction methodologies, and resource planning for water‑retaining structures, reservoirs, STPs, pump stations, RO plants, and all civil works.
- Lead and supervise Project Managers, Engineers, Planning, QA/QC, Safety & Procurement teams across all sites.
- Review and approve construction programs, method statements, risk assessments, and technical submittals prior to submission to consultants.
- Monitor project schedules, progress reports, recovery plans, and critical path activities to avoid delays.
- Review and interpret contract and tender documents, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and FIDIC‑based conditions to protect company interests.
