Job Title: Senior Property Accountant
Reports To: Assistant Director, Property Accounting

Position Summary
This full-time role will focus on property accounting, including general accounting functions such as preparing accurate and complete month-end packages, tenant year-end reconciliations and invoices, and performing other account analysis and reconciliations as required.
Responsibilities
- Create and enter all adjusting entries, and maintain accurate and detailed accounting records;
- Liaise with property management team to ensure understanding of all properties and review of ongoing activities at the property level;
- Liaise with construction and leasing to set up new tenants;
- Liaise with payables and receivables departments;
