**Description:**
You will be the Sr Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across AGMS programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Sr Quality Engineer you will be responsible for driving quality excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Review documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes to guarantee quality delivery.
+ Support Integrated Product Teams and production sites with analysis of quality data, yields, rework, scrap, and non‑conformance trends.
+ Lead corrective‑action meetings, identify root‑cause trends, and ensure responsible parties meet commitments.
+ Participate in Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards, dispositioning non‑conforming hardware and defining containment actions.
