Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Fleet Operations Manager who is responsible for the safety, compliance, availability, and customer sentiment of the Fleet in their respective region of Germany, Austria and Netherlands.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicles within the region are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations and Amazon Standards by performing audits and collating regional feedback through partnership with Fleet Compliance and Product teams.
- The Sr. Fleet Operations Manager will execute existing fleet initiatives and new product launches and will support and engage with delivery partners by building mechanisms to help manage their fleet.
- Influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in order to solve complex operational needs. The role requires the ability to manage escalations and influence stakeholders.
