Job Description
- B.S. in Engineering, preferably ECE, Chemical, Manufacturing, Electrical and Mechanical degree
- With at least 12 years FA-REL working experience or related experience with Electronics/Semiconductor company.
- Knowledgeable in Manufacturing flow, Non-destructive failure analysis such as: X-ray, SAM (Scanning Acoustic Microscopy), X-ray, High magnification & low magnification external inspection, Non-contact measurement, Destructive testing for failure analysis such Can interpret reliability test Knowledgeable in Capacity Planning of machine and manpower.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Knowledgeable in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 is an advantage
- Keen to detail, work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking.
- Can effectively communicate.
