Responsibilities
- Understand how individual productivity impacts the store.
- Behave like a brand ambassador.
- Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programmes, including omni channel sales and virtual selling services.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor.
- Consistently achieve sales goals.
- Handle multiple customers simultaneously.
- Anticipate and meet customers’ needs.
- Service all customers according to the Coach Experience standards.
- Participate as a team member and encourage the team to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Contribute to building a team culture where everyone can show up as themselves and feel seen and heard.
- Champion company initiatives and support management decisions, owning and driving outstanding customer service.
- Demonstrate professional ethics.
