Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve MICE revenue targets including client prospecting lead conversion and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients conducting regular meetings to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations F&B and banquet) to ensure smooth event and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity adjusting sales strategies to maximize opportunities.
- Prepare, negotiate and finalize client contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and revenue goals.
