Responsibilities
Design and optimize isothermal DNA amplification systems that eliminate traditional thermocyclers.Develop nanopore-based diagnostic platforms for real-time nucleic acid detection and sequencing.Create primer systems and enzymatic solutions using DNA/RNA polymerases and non-natural chemistries.Develop sample preparation methodologies that enhance diagnostic accuracy.Perform validation studies to establish performance standards for isothermal and nanopore diagnostics.Support translation of research discoveries into clinical-ready diagnostic platforms.
