Job description:

Experience required: 3-5 years

  • Ability to create Data pipelines and write complex SQL queries.

  • Follow support processes, with focus on ITSM incident management

  • Business partner communication to understand and resolve P1/P2/P3/P4 tickets. Communicate to business partner issue impact and resolution.
