What we do
SWAT Engineers enjoy dynamic problem solving and rapidly delivering customer value. From identifying performance issues to recommending architectural changes to shipping quick fixes, this is truly a full stack role. Our team advocates for change at an enterprise level working across our entire codebase and with different engineering teams to address high urgency issues. In this job, engineers create tooling and/or processes that help identify and remediate issues. On SWAT we end every day getting things done.
What you'll do
- Care deeply about improving customer experience, both internal or external.
- Chase down problems, find the root cause and work with stakeholders to creatively effect the optimal solution.
- Operate outside of areas of expertise and eagerly learn along the way.
- Discover and understand highly technical issues and communicate them to people with no technical background.
