Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering & Technicians, Product Management and Corporate roles.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies, tapping into diverse sourcing channels to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and credentials to ensure alignment with role requirements and business objectives.
- Guide interviews using behavioral techniques and provide recommendations for selection decisions.
