Responsibilities: 
  • Pixel circuit and photodiode design as discussing with process integration group, modeling group, characterization group and peripheral circuit group.
  • Achieve best pixel performance with optimization among photodiodes and pixel circuit.
  • Analyze pixel performance problems as discussing with process integration group, modeling group, characterization group and peripheral circuit group, and improve problems.
  • Create and develop new image sensor technologies.
    • Requirements: 
  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience in pixel optimization
  • Minimum 10 year experience on device based technologies including developing advanced processes; CIS process is a plus.
  • MSEE or MS Physics or equivalent required; PhD is a plus
  • Result oriented and embraced change behaviors
  • Project management skill is a plus
  • Language skill: Japanese and English business level
