Position at XL Construction Corp. The Senior Superintendent partners closely with project management, preconstruction, and executive teams, while providing mentorship to Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents. This role requires mastery of field operations, a strong understanding of technical scopes, and an ability to lead large cross-functional teams with excellence.
