Job Description- Execute group-wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and executive hiring initiatives across multiple business units.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including executive search, headhunting, talent mapping, employer branding, and stakeholder management.
- Drive recruitment performance through ATS optimization, recruitment analytics, KPIs, and process governance.
- Source, screen, shortlist per job description as needed, partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic hiring decisions.
