What You’ll Do
Advise and Arrange: Handle domestic and international business travel for seafarers.Marine Logistics: Navigate the specific requirements of marine and offshore bookings, ensuring crew changes and specialized travel plans run smoothly.Master the GDS: Use your expertise in Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo to navigate complex fares and itineraries.Be a Trusted Advisor: Communicate via phone, chat, and email to provide proactive advice, ensuring travelers stay safe and within policy.Focus on Quality: Work with your team to hit customer satisfaction goals and service metrics.What We’re Looking For
