Major/Essential Functions
Advanced Imaging: Conducting detailed first/second-trimester anatomy scans, fetal echocardiograms, and Doppler studies.High-Risk Focus: Evaluating complex cases, including multiple gestations (twins, triplets) and identifying fetal anomalies (CNS, cardiac, etc.).Procedure Assistance: Preparing and assisting with invasive procedures like amniocentesis, PUBS, and cervical checks.Preliminary Diagnosis: Forming initial diagnoses of fetal or gynecological disorders for MFM specialists to review.Patient Care: Communicating findings, maintaining records, and ensuring patient comfort during high-stakes exams.
