Hiring: Sr. Workday Reporting Analyst | Bengaluru

We are hiring for a Sr. Workday Reporting Analyst role with a leading global organization based in Bengaluru.

We are looking for professionals who are strong in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Dashboard creation, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex Workday reports including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports


• Build Discovery Boards, Dashboards, and automated reporting solutions


• Develop and maintain complex calculated fields


• Support HR analytics and workforce reporting requirements


• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders
