Job Description
We are a landscaping company looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Senior Accountant** to join our remote team.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow professionally, and capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain clean and accurate accounting records.
- Assign expenses correctly across departments using **QuickBooks Desktop**.
- Manage **Accounts Payable** and **Accounts Receivable** processes.
- Accurately process **Payroll** on a recurring basis.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and transaction classification.
- Prepare regular financial reports and reconciliations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar accounting role.
- Willingness to learn and work with **QuickBooks Desktop** (training provided).
- Fluent **English**, both written and spoken (required).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organization.
