Job Description
**Position Purpose:**
The Manager SSC Human Resources partners with functional management on business decisions related to associates and supports all Human Resources related activity for the client group including talent management, organization effectiveness, associate relations, compensation, performance management, benefits, learning, and staffing. Also supports the execution of company wide Human Resource initiatives for their designated client group.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Identifies breaches of culture/values that impact workplace. Investigates associate relations issues and partners with managers for resolution. Analyzes turnover to identify trends and develop retention strategies. Ensures adherence to company policy, procedure and employment law.
+ Partners with management to recruit for exempt and non exempt positions. Sources candidates, screens resumes, arranges interview team schedules, ensures compliance to all company policy and procedu...
