- Responsible for payroll settlement for both formal and contract staff in Malaysia and the Philippines within Cainiao Asia‑Pacific, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while providing relevant clarification.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and status changes for Cainiao Asia‑Pacific staff in Malaysia requiring management via the local MyTax system, undertaking designated module operations and addressing staff enquiries; capable of independently and flexibly resolving related operational issues and cases.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), maintain information synchronisation and collaborative support with headquarters and the Asia‑Pacific Shared Services Centre (SSC) team, and implement headquarters' decision requirements.
- Identify operational, procedural, and system‑related issues and areas for improvement, driving iterative optimisation through proactive communication, feedback, and collaboration.
