Context
The work requires cross-competency knowledge to understand the interaction between competencies and/or Quality Management System.
Has a robust specialty (fully developed competency) and applies knowledge to other competencies.
Participates in cross-sector teams to realize quality solutions.
Interfaces with suppliers or customers as member of a larger team.
Leads and drives projects to resolve quality problems.
Proactively identifies and resolves quality issues within the own scope.
Provides input on implementation of new and/or adjusted procedure and policy decisions.
Leading process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
Works independently in own area of expertise.
