💰 $75K–$95K + 10% Bonus
A well-capitalized, privately held real estate investment firm with a diverse portfolio of 60+ properties across multifamily, mixed-use, office, and retail is looking to hire a Staff Accountant to join its growing team.
This is not a back-office role — this is an opportunity to take ownership from day one, work closely with leadership, and play a key part in modernizing accounting operations.
What You’ll Do
+ Own full-cycle Accounts Payable across a multi-entity portfolio
+ Work heavily in Yardi (Voyager preferred), including Bill Pay and ongoing system enhancements
+ Calculate and process investor/property distributions
+ Track and reconcile intercompany transactions and loans
