We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations for a long-term contract opportunity in Beverly Hills. This is a hybrid role and requires you to be on site 3 days a week. This role is ideal for a finance specialist who can maintain accurate records, manage tax-related accounting activities, and contribute to the integrity of the general ledger. The position offers the chance to work across day-to-day accounting functions while helping ensure timely and compliant financial reporting. This role is covering for a maternity leave.

• Prepare and post journal entries to keep financial records accurate and current.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies to support clean month-end reporting.
