Description We are looking for a Staff Accountant to support accurate financial reporting and day-to-day accounting operations for a property-focused portfolio in Dallas, Texas. This role is well suited for someone who brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with operations and external stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and financial accuracy.
Responsibilities:
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for ownership groups, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Record accruals, journal entries, and other general ledger activity to support a timely and accurate month-end close process.
• Review cash positions and banking activity regularly to help prioritize payments and maintain proper account oversight.
