Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
+ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
+ Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other financial records
+ Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
+ Prepare financial reports and assist with variance analysis
+ Help ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting procedures
