Our client is a local non-profit seeking a Part-Time (20-25/hrs week) Staff Accountant to join their lean team. This is a primarily remote organization, but requires candidates local to the DC metro area that are capable of attending occasional in-office meetings. The position plays an important role in managing payables, receivables, cash activity, and reconciliations so financial information remains accurate and timely. The ideal candidate brings hands-on transactional accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain audit-ready records in a nonprofit environment.
