Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our accounting operations in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. This role works closely with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and facility teams to ensure financial accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and improve internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledgers
- Support cash management, banking activities, and lender reporting
- Collaborate with AR, AP, Payroll, and facility teams to resolve issues
- Assist with budgets, audits, and capital tracking
- Support Medicaid and Medicare reporting
