This role is well suited for an accounting specialist who can quickly step into day-to-day execution, bring structure to financial records, and help advance tax-related work in a dynamic environment. • Reconcile bank activity, general ledger accounts, and balance sheet items to confirm accuracy and resolve outstanding variances.
• Pull financial information from QuickBooks, organize reporting data, and review records to support accounting analysis and decision-making.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation needed for corporate tax filings and related tax compliance efforts.
