Our client, in the property management/construction industry, is in need for a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis! The Staff Accountant will be to manage a portfolio with multiple properties, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger. This will be great for a Full Charge Bookkeeper or Staff Accountant that enjoys working for a small company, and a candidate who has solid full-cycle accounting skills and open to learning how to take on multiple accounts at a time.
Responsibilities:
• Undertake Accounts Payable (AP) functions to ensure all financial deadlines are met.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities to ensure all invoices are paid promptly.
• Conduct Bank Reconciliations routinely to verify our records match the bank statements.
