Position Description
This full-time benefited position provides high-quality legal services to low-income individuals in assessing their eligibility for immigration benefits and then helping them apply for those benefits. This position will prepare cases for submission and represent clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of State (DOS), Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) and Board of Immigration Appeals.
The Immigration Legal Services program brings dignity, justice and hope to the immigrant among us by providing direct legal services in immigration matters to low-income clients in Eastern Oklahoma, so that immigrants can fully engage in and contribute to our community.
