Civil Designer Transportation (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Dallas, TX
We are seeking an experienced Transportation Civil Designer to support multidisciplinary engineering teams on infrastructure and electrical projects. This role is responsible for producing high-quality design and drafting deliverables, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to client and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, produce, and modify detailed design drawings and construction documents using OpenRoads Designer (ORD), OpenBridge Designer (OBM), and Civil 3D
* Interpret engineering sketches, markups, and design concepts to independently create complete and accurate drawing packages
* Prepare and revise plan sets, profiles, details, and plot drawings for design submittals and construction documentation
* Apply and enforce CAD standards to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables
