- Develop automated test procedures for advanced state‑of‑the‑art test systems to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Develop new and enhance existing test packages (test software & hardware) for smart power ICs.
- Engage in hardware development at the schematic level to support robust product characterization.
- Perform in‑depth data analysis and performance assessments, providing valuable insights for product improvements.
