Staff Engineer EOL Assembly Process
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for EOL Assembly Process Engineering Vishay Assembly Production at Subcon
- Drive improvement project to support Product KPI such as Quality, Yield, Hold Lot Rate and Disposition Cycle Time
- Support package transfer and new package introduction
- Drive EOL assembly process/parameter/procedure set-up, qualification and implementation
- Review and establish EOL Assembly Operation Baseline specifications & procedures
- Coordinate with operation to get the needed support for engineering evaluations and other engineering activities
- Define statistical test methods to optimize yield and drive quality defect reduction programs
- Review corrective actions for effectiveness and ensure they are implemented and fanned out as needed
