Job Title: Staff Test Engineer
Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and drive sustaining test engineering activities for optocoupler sensor products in high-volume manufacturing.
- Perform and oversee product testing for functionality, performance and quality compliance.
- Measure, collect, and ensure accuracy of electrical and optical test data using appropriate test equipment.
- Analyze test data to identify yield trends, variation and improvement opportunities.
- Lead yield improvement, test optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for test failures, yield excursions and customer-related issues, and implement corrective actions.
