Responsibilities- Provide technical direction and leadership for NAND‑related debug in SSD systems through triage, debug, and root cause of NAND‑Firmware Interaction (NFI) issues.
- Interface between NAND design and product teams to support enterprise SSD development.
- Act as a representative to the SSD product development team and product quality to identify, detect, and reduce risks both during product development as well as for field risks.
- Conduct detailed debugging and failure analysis across firmware, hardware, and system interactions using lab equipment and software instrumentation.
- Integrate AI‑assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
