Micron’s YE lab under TD (Technology Development) at our Singapore site is equipped with advanced Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEMs) and Focused Ion Beam (FIB) machines. The role of a TEM Engineer is to develop innovative analysis methods that support next‑generation memory technologies.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled TEM Engineer to join our team of process and integration engineers, data scientists, and other experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality TEM analysis, including microstructure and chemical characterization using electron diffraction, EDS, and EELS.
- Innovate and implement technical solutions for atomic‑scale device characterization to accelerate semiconductor process cycles.
