**Description** Burns & McDonnell's South Central region is seeking a Staff Environmental Scientist to join our Houston, TX, office. The Staff Environmental Scientist will work within our region’s Environmental & Regulatory Compliance (ERC) department and collaborate broadly in support of our Environmental Services practice.
The Staff Environmental Scientist will support delivery of environmental assessments, compliance management plans, and permitting tasks for various industries including transmission and distribution, power generation, chemical manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, utilities, and transportation. This position supports the growth of the Environmental Services practice based upon Burns & McDonnell's core values of safety, client satisfaction, commitment, dedication, integrity, and overall outstanding service.
