As a Staff Hardware Engineer, you will lead the development of new electrical products and systems from concept through mass production, ensuring designs are manufacturable, reliable, and compliant with industry standards. The role combines deep technical ownership with cross‑functional leadership, driving complex programs from concept through production with a focus on quality, cost, and schedule.
Hardware Team
Our Hardware team consists of engineers with diverse specialties including HVAC control, RF design, digital logic, avionics, test fixtures, embedded software development, PCB layout, and power electronics. Team members collaborate on cross‑functional squads to foster learning, development, and high‑quality engineering.
