Job Profile
- Responsible for maintenance and reliability of mechanical equipment in the Kiln and Raw mill
- Overhaul and maintain VRM, Gearbox, separators, and feeders
- Perform complete disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of gearboxes
- Ensure proper alignment and lubrication of gearboxes and rotating equipment
- Replace rollers and bearings in VRM and Kiln support roller
- Monitor and maintain hydraulic systems
- Precise alignment of motors and driven equipment
- Perform vibration analysis and implement corrective actions
