Job Description
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor and record patient vitals, symptoms, and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with procedures, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, or an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) with plans to pursue BSN.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
