A leading community healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join their Home Care team.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide nursing services at the patient’s residence e.g., change of nasogastric feeding tube, urinary catheter change, dressing change, stoma care, monitoring medication compliance and medication packing, parameters/peripheral blood glucose monitoring, etc.
- Monitor and report patients’ conditions and progress to senior members of the nursing team.
- Educate patients and family members on the patients’ health conditions and help them gain a strong understanding of holistic care as necessary.
