Job Description
Join our hemodialysis unit as a Registered Nurse to facilitate efficient patient care and support a collaborative team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitates overall traffic and organization within the hemodialysis unit for the entire shift.
- Acts as a leader in the treatment area during the time of duty.
- Serves as facilitator/preceptor to less experienced staff in the facility.
- Operates hemodialysis machines from preparation to termination, as needed.
- Assures continuity of care to clients through proper monitoring, documentation, and communication with the healthcare team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse License.
- Willing to be trained.
- Available to start immediately.
