Responsibilities
- Work closely with a highly motivated team focused on providing high‑quality care to a diverse resident group.
- Manage the nursing and healthcare teams, providing support, development, and leadership.
- Carry out the administration of medicines according to policy and procedure.
- Keep clear and accurate records at all times.
- Provide nursing care where required and ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and updated.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience.
- Valid NMC PIN.
