Responsibilities Ensure safe preparation and administration of cytotoxic chemotherapy in accordance with Department of Health guidelines, hospital policies, and evidence-based protocols. Administer prescribed chemotherapy treatments via cannula, PICC line, Hickman line, or Portacath, ensuring adherence to clinical safety standards. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist oncology care and ensure continuity of treatment for patients.
