Staff Nurse - Ophthalmology Outpatients

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Registered Nurse to work in the Ophthalmology Outpatients department.
The role requires flexible and adaptable skills, an aptitude to learn and a motivation to develop your own clinical skills in line with progressive service delivery, involving supporting consultation clinics and minor operative procedures, and contributing to maintaining patient safety, quality care and standards.
You will require excellent communication skills and a willingness to develop your management and leadership skills, including supporting staff development.
You will deliver and participate in, as required, clinical supervision and reflective learning in accordance with Trust Policy.
