Staff Nurse - PICU. Our client, a leading Recovery Medical facility, is seeking a Team Nurse to join their Long-term Care system in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for delivering nursing care in collaboration with the family and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) in collaboration with the family and in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Exercise professional judgment, assuming responsibility for treatment outcomes and ongoing professional proficiency.
- Identify the boundaries of scope of practice and own capabilities.
- Work with an interdisciplinary team to provide individualized care from initial contact through the episode of treatment, including rehabilitation goals.
